After running 4.75 miles (WOOHOO!) I opened up this bad boy. It was literally oozing out chocolate, so I pumped. I devoured it quickly as my blood sugar level had gotten low. The bar is gluten free, vegan, USDA Organic, and made with organic pea protein. You know me...I'm always a bit weary of super healthy/vegan products because they typically have a funky taste, but I was happy with the taste of this bar. It does taste like cookie dough, just...healthier. haha Bhu Foods (pronounced "boo" means 'of the earth' in Sanskrit) believes "food is grown and junk is made." They are committed to providing foods from ingredients that are "of the earth," and are as close as possible to their natural state. Sounds like a California brand to me! Yup, they are based out of San Diego.

Holy Moly. The first gummy bear that I popped into my mouth gave me that "holy crap that's sour face." I knew my boyfriend would LOVE these. He is a spicy/sour/salted kind of guy, where I'm the rich/sweet type of gal. Love me some chocolate! I let my boyfriend have them and he instantly said, "This is my favorite thing you've ever gotten from Sleek Treat!" He inhaled the bag in 1 sitting. However, I stole 1 more raspberry flavored gummy, and it wasn't as sour as the first one I tried. So, I highly recommend them!

Sadly, I did not like this brownie. I love the "Eat Me Guilt Free" brand. What they stand fort, their packaging, their branding identity is all great, but I just don't enjoy the taste of their brownies. To me, they have a weird chemical-like after taste. They are a low carb, flourless high protein brownie that comes in many flavors. I've tried the chocolate brownie and the blondie brownie so far and haven't enjoyed either. =\ But! I encourage everyone to try them.
